Editorial Standards & Ethics Policy
Published: October 2026 • ReviewTwist Ethics Charter
1. Product Procurement
Whenever possible, we purchase review units off the shelf at retail anonymously to ensure we receive the exact same production models that consumers receive, avoiding golden sample bias. When manufacturer evaluation loaners are accepted, they are accepted with explicit contractual understanding that ReviewTwist retains 100% editorial freedom over scores, reviews, and verdicts.
2. Conflicts of Interest
ReviewTwist staff members and laboratory testers do not own equity in product manufacturers, nor do they accept gifts, personal honorariums, or paid travel from companies whose products we evaluate.
3. Corrections and Updates
We take factual accuracy seriously. When an error is identified, we promptly verify and correct the article with a clear editorial notice explaining the modification. Reviews are periodically re-evaluated as software, firmware, or hardware revisions occur.
